Product Features

· Material 　　 is
　　made of pure polypropylene pleated filter material. The material conforms to GMP and FDA requirements, does not use adhesives, surface activity, and has a wide range of chemical compatibility.
· Structure
　　The filter element is a double-layer polypropylene material with a discounted structure. The inner layer of polypropylene is the final filter layer. The pore size of the filter layer inside the filter element determines the filtration accuracy of the filter element. The outer layer of the filter element plays a pre-filtering role. Therefore, this type of filter element It is a combination of pre-filtration and final filtration.

advantage

·Multiple pleat discount structure, large filtration area, low initial pressure difference and high flow velocity.
·Because it is a combination of pre-filtration and final filtration, this type of filter has a large dirt-holding capacity and a longer service life than a single-pore filter
. A single polypropylene material makes it easy to judge its chemical compatibility.
·The filter element has a fixed pore size without medium migration and unloading.

The DOF type
is open at both ends, with gaskets at the ends, an outer diameter of 70mm, an inner diameter of 28mm, and lengths of 10, 20, 30, and 40 inches.
SOA type is
open at one end, plug-in filter, the port has a double circle, the top is flat or pointed, and the socket is divided into 226 and 222. Lengths are 10, 20, 30, and 40 inches.

BECO INTEGRA SOLO

The BECO INTEGRA SOLO single-sheet filter is ideal for difficult filtration tasks in the biotechnology, chemical, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, and food industries. The system separates and washes solids from suspensions after precipitation or crystallization processes, or for the processing of pre-coat residues. 

The BECO INTEGRA SOLO mobile single-sheet filter system’s filling space is designed as a pressure vessel with a level filter bottom that drops for cleaning, and a horizontal depth filter medium. The pressure vessel, with optional thermal/insulating jacket, closes with clamp screws and seals with an O-ring. BECO depth filter sheet, filter cloth, or metal composite plate filtration is optional. For the manual discharge of the filter cake, the bottom part drops via a spindle or hydraulics.

The BECO INTEGRA PLATE A800 EP version has gaskets at the external chamber that seal the entire filter package. The BECO INTEGRA PLATE A800 OEP version has a gasket-free filter package.

BECO INTEGRA PLATE A400 EP/OEP enclosed plate and frame filter is the depth filtration system for critical filtration tasks in the pharmaceutical and biotech, chemical, cosmetics, and food industries. BECO INTEGRA PLATE A400 EP/OEP version is a multi-sheet filter with external chamber. Depth filter sheets seal the product channels. The BECO INTEGRA PLATE A400 EP version has gaskets at the external chamber that seal the entire filter package. The BECO INTEGRA PLATE A400 OEP version has a gasket-free filter package.
