BECODISC P

Eaton’s BECODISC P stacked disc cartridges with BECOPAD P depth filter sheets are composed of high-purity cellulose. The filter medium is characterized by low extractables, an extremely low endotoxin content (<0.025 EU/ml) after rinsing with 0.61 gal/ft² (25 l/m²) WFI (Water for Injection) and up to 50% reduced rinse volume.

It can be used for a wide range of applications, including clarification of ethanol solutions which have a tendency for ion-related precipitation, catalyst removal, and separation tasks in the production of biopharmaceutical products.

Eaton’s manufacturing method for BECOPAD P depth filters assure consistent product quality and the hightest purity of filter media to meet the manufacturing requirements of pharmaceutical products plus the regulatory need for risk avoidance. These depth filter sheets offer preservation of desired target ingredients in filtrate due to low charge-specific adsorption effects and mechanical separation in pharmaceutical applications.
